I had a delightful stay at the hotel with its breathtaking panoramic view of The Annapolis Harbor, the Naval Academy, and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The rooms, although small, had a modern, cozy feel and an overwater balcony where I enjoyed breakfast, but they lacked chic charm and furnishings.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cute but very small, and my room wasn't ready upon arrival. The location, however, was really nice right on the water, but I felt that the price didn't match the value provided.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Annapolis. The rooms are large and spacious with granite table tops, had two nice size beds, a great view of the harbor, and were very clean, making this a fantastic place to stay while in Annapolis. However, a musty smell was a slight downside.

The service was very accommodating and helpful. They even brought a microwave to the room after the second request. The staff was excellent, very cooperative, and willing to go beyond to meet our needs. They were attentive and customer service-oriented.

The location was great, within an easy walk to Main St so you could park the car and walk pretty much everywhere. It was on the historic brick-laden streets of historic Annapolis, in the heart of Annapolis and a few blocks from the Naval Academy, and on the Chesapeake Bay.

The dining was good and included. The hotel has a very Caribbean feeling ship-like restaurant. The only downside was the 'elevator-style music' at breakfast.
